1st Day of School
As you are no doubt aware, the current schedule for school to start in the fall has students returning to class on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
Flushing High School and You... A Perfect Fit(ness)
Every 9th grade student will take a Physical Education class next year. This class meets five times per week. Every student must purchase a gym package which includes a shirt, a pair of shorts and a lock.

Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Due to the forecasted hurricane we are rescheduling the distribution of student programs and Metro Cards to Tuesday, September 7th.
Student Programs and Metro Cards will be distributed in our auditorium according to the first letter of the student's surname.

School begin for all students (This is a full instructional attendance day) Date: 9/8/2010
Location: If you did not pick up your Program and MetroCard on September 3rd or September 7th you will be detained in the auditorium (first come first serve) until your program is located. You will miss valuable instruction time; you will be marked absent and we might be forced to defer the distribution of your MetroCard.
